Pricing and Orders

CBCRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for that order.

Final Sale Policy

All CBCRC products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Shipping

CBCRC will ship orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

CBCRC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
